Frequently Asked Questions
Coffee Shipping
What shipping methods are available?
We can get your coffee to you wherever you are in Israel – using our courier service, your coffee will be delivered within Tel-Aviv, Jaffa, Ramat-Gan, Givatayim & Bat-Yam and with our delivery service everywhere else in the country.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. We only ship within Israel.
How long will it take to get my Coffee delivery?
Depending on which delivery method you choose, delivery can take up to 4 business days to be shipped and delivered to your desired destination. Delivery times are longer during the national holidays.
If you live in Tel Aviv (or close by), why not save on shipping costs and pick up in the cafe?
Is your coffee fresh?
Yes! Freshness is the most important thing about coffee so anything you order from us was roasted a couple of days before.
Do you offer wholesale coffee?
Yes! Many of our regulars buy coffee for their business and offices in large quantities otherwise known as wholesale. Whether you’re a cafe or restaurant, hotel or office, we can help with wholesale coffee beans as well as equipment, training and support if needed. If you’re interested in wholesale coffee orders from Nahat Coffee, email us at wholesale [at] nahatcoffee [dot] com and we’ll get back to you with further details
Our Coffee
Where is your Coffee sourced from?
We work on a ‘farm to cup’ basis to get our green coffee beans to you. That means we go directly to the farms and buy our green coffee from the source so there is no middle man and no fuss. We buy from different coffee farms ranging from women’s collectives to family run farms.
Which grind level would you recommend?
It all depends on how you’re going to brew the coffee. We recommend grinding the coffee beans each time you brew. You can use an automatic burr grinder or a hand grinder. If you’re in doubt, write to us on Instagram or Facebook or leave a note in your order telling us which device you brew your coffee with.
What is the best way to store coffee?
We recommend storing your coffee in the bag but if you want to store your coffee in a container, we recommend storing it in a ceramic container or an airtight container. The coffee will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks after you’ve opened it.
Can I Purchase Coffee Equipment From Nahat Coffee?
Yes, you can! We have an amazing array of brewing equipment available on our online store and in the Nahat Coffee shops.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
We allow online payments from Visa, Mastercard & Diners. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express at this time.
Is buying Coffee online safe?
Yes, we have a secure website. Information you give us for your order or get through the Nahat Coffee site is private. You may request to delete your contact information or account at any time.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Simply pick the coffee you’d like to brew at home or the office and add it to your cart. Then head to the cart and follow the instructions to purchase your coffee. We offer options for pickup in the Tel Aviv cafe, or delivery to your home or office.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can purchase as a ‘guest’ but if you’d like to reorder your favorite coffee next time, simply create an account so that you can save your order settings for next time.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on coffee once delivered or picked up (or opened) but if you change your mind after making an order, please email us at Hello [@] NahatCoffee [dot] Com with your order number and what you wish to order instead of the original order, and we will do our best to modify it before it is shipped.
How can I return a product?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns of refunds on coffee ordered. If you’re having trouble brewing your coffee or you ordered the wrong coffee, drop us an email at hello [@] NahatCoffee [dot] Com and we can offer some brewing advice.
