Wonderful coffee from Finca San Francisco, personally cultivated by Andrés Salaverría from El Salvador. This Bourbon variety underwent an extended anaerobic fermentation process lasting 300 hours. The long fermentation produces intense flavors, characterized by bright fruity acidity with notes of pomegranate, marzipan, green tea, and a tomato-like tang.
We highly recommend enjoying it as a filter brew.
